Word ess Sunday--SPONSOR A LIFE

Brief Descriptions about our children.
I am happy to introduce you to Gloria Namahango, a 11-year-old girl who needs full sponsorship!

God's job is to stir the hearts and bring His people to help
A little about Gloria:

• Gloria was brought to us her by her auntie
• Gloria lost her mother last year to landslides a catastrophe that claimed many lives on the Mountain Elgon in Mbale District and she has no where about of her father .
• Gloria has 3 siblings.
• Gloria is in P.3 in a community school affiliated to Uganda Children's Burden Centre.
• Gloria’s auntie is a casual laborer who puts in extra hours to try to make ends meet. Despite her efforts, she is unable to provide for Gloria’s basic needs and good education service.

The children were very excited about possibly seeing to the congregation and they were honoured to sing at the concert and the wonderful ministry of the Not Ashamed Music team.
We are calling up on the Love revolution so that people can purposely and aggressively help other people and start a love revolution for these children so that they help them record the four other Albums they have got it's just the bergin of one Album and it's very incredible. On the other hand we are looking forward to see this ministry grow international like other children's choir in the world because for the children are ready to see big transformation amongst lives through their wonderful Ministry.Thank you so much for your love, prayer and support.

Beads for life

I greet all.I have always talked about beads making by the Success Africa Women Group.
This group is composed of Single mothers most of whom are HIV/AIDS positive and they are part of the Uganda Childrens Burden Centre family by the virtual of having their children in orphans program and they being in our adherence/homebased care programme.
These women depend on these beads for survival and their families.
More about these Women is that they love the Lord so much and have learnt to trust in him for their burdens and Cares.
Currently we are looking for the International Market to help in the consumption of these beads so that the proceeds can help both the families and the project at large
Go to www.childrensburdencentre.org and look for the crafts cart.
The crafts include beads, necklesses, bungles, drums, table mats, wall hangings and many other things as you will see the women in the market place on Friday
We shall be grateful to hear from you soon.
Be blessed
Meet some of the women with their children below.

Gratitude is a good thing to use in your life

Joy is not a request but a command. In Philippians 4:4 we are instructed to rejoice in the Lord. Just like a magnet to metal, a thankful heart will always attract God’s attention. In times when you look around and nothing is going right for you, the Bible instructs you to keep the spirit of Gratitude as a weapon to guard against anxiety and ingratitude. Look around closely, I believe there will be one or two things that you can be thankful about and rejoice in.

We need sponsors to help clear our shipment in London to Africa Uganda

A christian Organization from U.K called Tools With A mission donated to us 50 (sewing)Tailoring Machines,a welding machine, sand dries, baby lock,Carpentry and mechanic tool kits and many more equipment for the orphans and we need a few people to help meet this need worth $2500 plus duty and we need this shipment here by October meaning that we should have cleared by end end of June.
Please, PLEASE, please let us know if you are in a position to help. We are so thankful for these donations, and that have most of the children who need skills for immediate job creation done. Most kits for children will be met because vocational skills training are quite more expensive than primary and secondary. Please consider helping us with this cause.

For your help please contact us at info@childrensburdencentre.org

Yours

Yesterday as I was working in the offie this song came on the radio and caught my attention. The song is Yours by Steven Curtis Chapman. I thought I would share this with you today.

I walk the dirt roads of Uganda
I see the scars that war has left behind
Hope like the sun is fading
They're waiting for a cure no one can find

And I hear children's voices singing
Of a God who heals and rescues and restores
And I'm reminded
That every child in Africa is Yours

And its all Yours, God, Yours, God
Everything is Yours
From the stars in the sky
To the depths of the ocean floor
And its all Yours, God, Yours, God
Everything is Yours
You're the Maker and Keeper, Father and Ruler of everything
It's all Yours
May God continue to take care of and bless the children in the homes in our villages! I feel honored that he has allowed me to be used as vessell to find homes for some many of these little children. These children are such a blessing in our lives as we get to see them live in joy despite difficult life circumstances! Praise the Lord from whom all blessings flow!
Blessings,
