USHINDI-Is a Swahili Word that means SUCCESS/VICTORY (Ushindi Africa Children’s Choir is dedicated to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through song, dance and testimony. To help bridge cultural and language barriers, the majority of each USHINDI concert is performed in English and other local Languages.
Ushindi Africa Children’s Choir is an inspiring group of hopeful and talented children, ages 6-13, who admirably represent the orphaned and poverty-stricken children and youth of Uganda. The children come from the villages of Bwaise, Kyebando, Kawempe, and Kalerwe Villages based in Kawempe Uganda.

The choir’s members – some of whom are orphans who have lost one or both parents – come from diverse and often life-threatening pasts, but God has brought healing to their lives and has given them real hope for the future. As a result, they have blossomed in terms of their musical talent, personal character, maturity and spiritual life.
Their performances are a unique blend of native African rhythms, contemporary gospel music and ethnic dance. They have released an Album called Lord come and set us free children of Africa, their latest album. Their unique ministry also comprises a partner non profit organization called Uganda Children Burden centre with various projects.

The choir tours to share a special message of hope through original Ugandan song and dance. In the process, the children seek to raise awareness of and resources for Children to meet their Education, Medication, food. Cloth, Other Basic needs child sponsorships; enhance parental love and also to support its partner organization Uganda Children Burden Centre that helps orphans.
The main purpose of the tour is to fund-raise and create on going relationships with organizations, churches and other corporate companies to help with our goal of building a self-sustainable village for the children. This village will include a school, a home (village)where they will be looked after well with good Christian morals, discipleship and proper upbringing with a good follow up, a farm and so many other self-sustainable programs.
Dreaming with the holy spirit -a dream is a picture meaning of where i want to go- black and white dreams,dreams that are not reality with your sinititudes and dreams in ful colour ,When the vision is coloured it comes to reality, God uses those that are available, provision is guaranteed at the place of your assignment and one must nurture and protect those relationships connected to your dream''Mike Murdock'' We are now calling for your cooperation, together we can lift a child's hope and build dreams to bring hope to the nation. We shall be able to expand our work quickly. Help our vision fruition as we continue to seek new friends who can help us to celebrate our responsibilities towards the children of Uganda.

Out of the depths I cry to you, LORD;Lord, hear my voice.
